Refund policy

At Melloop, we want every squeeze to feel just right.
If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and refunds are handled.


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve had a change of heart, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Melloop arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  • In most cases, the item does not need to be returned

After review, we’ll offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

If damage is determined to be caused by misuse or excessive force, partial compensation may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for the following:

  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)

  • Requests made outside the return window

  • Purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms


Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after processing:

  • Check with your bank or card provider

  • Then reach out to us, we’re happy to help look into it


Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Additional Notes

  • Returns and refunds apply only to purchases made directly through our official website

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Normal wear, surface marks, or changes caused by regular use are not considered defects
