How should I use my Melloop?

Melloop is meant to be used gently as a handheld focus and relaxation companion.

Squeeze and knead naturally, no rush, no pressure.

Short, relaxed sessions tend to feel the best.

To keep your Melloop feeling great over time, we recommend gentle use rather than forceful pulling or overstretching.

Can I stretch my Melloop?

Yes, gentle stretching is totally fine!

Think slow, relaxed movements rather than pulling hard.

If it feels calm and comfortable, you’re using it just right.

Melloop is designed to feel soothing, not extreme.

Melloop is designed and tested to meet U.S. safety standards when used as intended.

What should I avoid doing?

To keep your Melloop happy and long lasting, please avoid:

  • Pulling or twisting it with force
  • Using it as a strength training or resistance tool
  • Contact with sharp objects or fingernails
  • Biting, chewing, or ingesting the product
Is it normal if my Melloop smells slightly at first?

Yes! A mild scent when you first open the package is normal.

Let it air out in a ventilated space for 1–3 days, and it should fade naturally.

Melloop has passed CPC safety testing and is safe for everyday use as intended.

How long does a Melloop usually last?

Melloop is designed as an everyday focus and stress-relief companion.

With regular use, most Melloops last around 1–3 months.
Lifespan can vary depending on how often and how gently it’s used.

With mindful, moderate use, many customers enjoy their Melloop well beyond that timeframe.

Minor surface marks, texture changes, or subtle color variations over time are normal signs of love and use, and won’t affect performance.

What if my Melloop gets damaged?

If your Melloop arrives damaged or shows issues under normal use, please contact us within 7 days with photos or a short video.

Damage caused by misuse or excessive force may not be eligible for full compensation, but we’re always happy to review and help when we can.

Shipping and Delivery

How soon will my order ship?

We process orders quickly and with care.

Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST on business days are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Melloop every step of the way.

If there’s ever a delay due to high demand or address issues, we’ll reach out right away.

How fast will my Melloop arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Need it sooner? We offer fast shipping options for moments that can’t wait, perfect for gifts, deadlines, or last-minute surprises.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we ship quickly, orders can't be canceled or changed once they are placed.

If you change your mind after your order arrives, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?

We ship from within the United States and currently deliver across the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to: International addresses, PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How much is shipping? Do you offer free or fast shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $25.

If you choose fast shipping, shipping fees will apply regardless of order value and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

For fast shipping orders placed before 9:00 AM PST on business days, we’ll ship your order the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Fast shipping is perfect for gifts or moments that can’t wait.

Anything else I should know?

We do our best to ship every order on time.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays after shipment, or incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout.

While these situations are rare, shipping delays caused by these factors are not eligible for refunds or compensation. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help.

Return and Refund Policy

Can I return my Melloop if I change my mind?

We get it! Sometimes things just don’t click.

If you’ve had a change of heart, we accept returns under these conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

What if my Melloop arrives damaged or defective?

That’s on us and we’ll make it right.

If your Melloop arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back

After review, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation

If the damage is caused by misuse or excessive force, partial compensation may apply.

Which items can’t be returned?

To keep things fair and hygienic, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Requests made outside the return window
  • Purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms
How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:

  • Check with your bank or card provider first
  • Then reach out to us, we’re happy to help look into it
Are sale or promotional items returnable?

Items purchased during sales or promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Returns and refunds apply only to purchases made on our official website
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Normal wear, light surface marks, or changes from regular use are not considered defects
